Mr. Pravin Patil
Chairman
Mr. Pravin Patil is the visionary behind the flourishing real-estate firm Mukta Group of Companies. With over two decades of experience in various leadership and management roles across different industries like Land Acquisition, Warehousing, and Real Estate, Mr. Patil is heading the company to great heights as the Chief Promoter of Mukta Developers. He won the Times Realty Icon Award in 2019, for his contribution to the field of the Real Estate sector, and has been revered for actively contributing to social welfare programs in the health care sector.
Mr. Rakesh Rathi
Managing Director
Chairman & Director of Parthiv Group, Rakesh Rathi is the man behind the vision. With the vision to emerge as the most trustworthy financial services brand and reach every household and business in India while creating wealth and employment for maximum number of people through strong business ethics, he expanded into various finance companies, education industry, F&B industry and now into Furniture Manufacturing.
Mr. Chirag Mistry
Director & CEO - Interior Design
The man behind V3M, Chirag Mistry hails from a middle class background with his father a civil contractor for the Indian government. He completed his degree in 2001 along with a diploma degree and started working with Interarch, D3D in architecture. In 2010, he went on an entrepreneurial journey with his own company called V3 Design. In the last 11 years, he has successfully delivered more than 500 projects with satisfied clients in the residential, commercial and government sector.
Mr. Dashrath Mewada
CMO & Director - Furniture Manufacturing
The man who helped bring V3 Design to life and is now going to lead D3M, Dashrath Mewada is an expert at design from 25 years. He completed his degree of diploma in Interior Design in 1996 and served companies like Interarch and DID, worked with them for 15 years before he went on his entrepreneurial journey with V3 Design in 2010. Dashrath also brought on board his family experience of manufacturing furniture, making his expertise all the more important for the brand growth.
Ar. Sameer Lotke
Director - Architecture & Urban Design
A graduate of Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Sameer holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Mumbai University. He is a registered member of the Council of Architecture, India, and the Indian Institute of Architects. With a solid foundation in architecture and extensive experience in project coordination, Sameer’s entrepreneurial journey began after gaining valuable insights as an architect. Known for his integrity and commitment, he excels in translating client visions into architectural assets.
Mr. Mukesh Rathi
Director
Rakesh Rathi’s younger brother, Mukesh Rathi is a B.Com graduate and an experienced entrepreneur in manufacturing of marbles & mining tiles, distribution of PVC pipe and other construction materials. Being a strong support system for his brother, Mukesh Rathi will bring his 20 years of working experience in the manufacturing industry. The diverse team of D3M will be flourishing under his guidance.
Ar. Rupali Warang
Principal Architect - Architecture & Urban Design
With a B.Arch from Rachana Sansad Academy of Architecture and an M.Arch in Construction Management from Yashwantroa Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Rupali brings over a decade of expertise. Previously, she served as Chief Designer at Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd., focusing on commercial and hospitality projects. Rupali also made significant contributions to furniture design with Denkali. Now, at D3M, she specializes in residential, commercial, and hospitality architecture.
Ar. Anmol Warang
Execution Head - Architecture & Urban Design
With degrees from Rachana Sansad Academy of Architecture and Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Anmol has led diverse projects, including 50 redevelopment initiatives in Mumbai. Anmol’s extensive experience in navigating complex redevelopment projects and his dedication to design education make him a valuable asset to D3M, ensuring unparalleled expertise and leadership in every project.
